Wish I was at Venice and listening to everything that is Itzhak Perlman. I'm not tired of all the sound and the "noise" of today's music. I, in fact, love the different intensities of rock music but right now, on my demanding afternoon at work, Perlman got me smiling and daydreaming.
On "Il Postino Theme", I'll start my day with a breakfast on a nearby cafe along cobbled streets and have my vegetable risotto and red wine. Then I'll have my ride on the Gondola and feel that blissful getaway. And at night
I'll shyly dance my way to a tango on Perlman's "Por Una Cabeza".
As I end this daydreaming with Cinema Paradiso Love Theme, I catch a glimpse of bliss, hope and beauty in the world bound by the law of supply and demand.
Sheesh... the illegal daydreaming was worth it... Thanks to Perlman.
